Afolayan Oluwaseyi is a Registered Sponsored Individual of the Securities and Exchange Commission Nigeria, a Designate Compliance Professional (DCP) of the Compliance Institute of Nigeria and a Certified Data Compliance Professional. He obtained his Higher National Diploma in Insurance (Upper Class Division) from Federal Polytechnic, Offa in the year 2006.

His Investment Banking experience started with Quantum Securities Limited as a Youth Corps member for the year 2007/2008 service year. Due to his outstanding performance and vast understanding of the rudiments of the capital market, his service was retained after the service year and he was fully employed as a staff of the company and he grew to the rank of Senior Investment Officer and a member of the management team until his resignation.

He resigned his appointment with Quantum Securities Limited on February 27th, 2015 to join TrustBanc Capital Management Ltd where he rose to  the position of Chief Compliance Officer and SEC Sponsored Individual of the company until he left the company on May 29th, 2020 to join Rostrum Investment and Securities Ltd as the new Chief Compliance Officer of the company on June 1st, 2020.

To continue to improve his carrier and experience in the capital market, Mr. Afolayan later resigned his appointment with the former on 14th March, 2023 to join the management team of Equity Capital Solutions Limited as the Head Internal Control/Compliance of the company effective 15th March, 2023.
