Mr. Oladosu attended the Commonwealth College of
Commerce, Jos; holds an HND in Accountancy from the Polytechnic Ibadan.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bayero
University Kano, (1999), and also attended the prestigious LAGOS BUSINESS
SCHOOL (Senior Manager Programme (SMP)) Jul- Nov 2005, The WHARTON SCHOOL
(University of Pennsylvania) Advanced Management Program, July 2010 and HARVARD
BUSINESS SCHOOL (Executive Education) - Corporate Restructuring, Mergers &
Acquisitions, July 2011.
He started his career at Continental Merchant Bank (formerly
Chase Merchant Bank) in 1989 in the Private/Public Unit of the investment
banking Division. He also worked in the Asset Trading/Debt Conversion before
resigning in 1993 to take up appointment with Liberty Merchant Bank as its
pioneer head of Investment Banking.
Mr. Oladosu last worked in the Corporate Banking Division
& Branch Management before resigning to take up appointment with Equity
Bank as branch manager Kano in 1997 and later as the General Manager/CEO of EBN
Securities Limited (a subsidiary of defunct Equity Bank of Nigeria Ltd) before
its merger with Intercontinental Bank Plc
Mr. Oladosu last assignment was as Head, Securities Dealing
Services (SDS) of Intercontinental Bank Plc before taking up appointment as
Managing Director/CEO of Equity Capital Solutions Limited. He has attended
several local and international courses and seminars in the areas of Risk
Management, Accounting, Investment Management, Corporate Banking and
Relationship Management.
Mr. Oladosu was a former member of the Finance Committee of
the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), and a former member of the
Corporate Finance Management Faculty of the Chartered Institute of Accountants
of Nigeria (ICAN) and a delegate to the 2012 Nigerian Economic Summit (NESG) in
Abuja, Nigeria.
